El proceso de elegir un Consejero/Terapeuta/Entrenador de Salud Mental es un viaje de naturaleza íntima.  Estás tomando el camino de la valentía no porque estés loco sino por quebrantamiento (la verdad es que todos estamos rotos)  o simplemente queriendo asegurarse de que lo está haciendo bien  y,  todos tienen una historia que se ajusta a su situación única.  Buscando un viaje  compañero de viaje no es una declaración de debilidad sino de extrema fortaleza al reconocer y rendirse al proceso de la vida que nos llama a crecer y madurar y convertirnos en seres humanos más sabios a través de las estaciones de la vida.  Nosotros  son  Es un honor que esté considerando viajar con asesoramiento ligero.  y quiero tomarme un momento para responder algunas preguntas frecuentes.
